This week in Reception we have been thinking about ‘How is Remembrance Day celebrated?’ We explored the reason behind Remembrance and the significance of the Poppy.  Throughout the week, we have painted and printed poppies. We worked together to create a class wreath and took part in a special assembly.

We also watched the animation ‘Poppies’ and wrote about the different parts.
